Alright! To prvent my blog from dying, here's another long awaited post! :D
Pictures shall be uploaded in the next entry. (:
School's not too bad so far. It's the 5th week since Term 3 started.
We got back results for Summer Test when school reopened and as expected, I flunked Math, Econs and GP. But I didn't do as well for Bio, Chem and Chinese either, got E, D and B respectively. Like so super duper ultra bad la, especually Chinese. I expected an A. RARRRRR! Nevermind! Shall try not to go out so much and strive harder, HAHAHAHA!
__
We went to the Officers Cadet School (OCS) on Wednesday!
We went to the Officers Cadet School (OCS) on Wednesday!
The whole trip was super cool and I enjoyed myself a lot! There are other schools like HCI and AJC who went as well. And i saw Zi Xin! :D &&&! My guitar is still with her!
Back to OCS, We got to see the different uniforms they have and the weapons! I got to shoot the SAR 21 twice! :D The Burma bridge is like some low element kind of thing. It is one of the parts for their physical training, i think. There are 13 parts in total. But anyway, we got to try the burma Bridge. It's like there is a rope where you have to step on to get across to the other side. There is also another two ropes which you can hold on. The funny thing was that, i fell! It was raining earlier on and the element is wet and slippery. So when it was my turn, i accidentally stepped on the metal part which linked the rope we are supposed to step on onto the log. So, i slipped and fell! HAHAHAHA. Everyone was quite shocked la. But lucky I reacted fast enough and so i didn't fall onto the net below the rope we supposed to step on. I was still stepping on the concrete ground, but holding on one side of the rope. Ohya! We got ambushed there! They scared the hell out of us la! Appreciate their effort in hiding and scaring us. (: We also took a peak of the Parade Square, where the Officer Cadets pass out. Or is it commission? There is also this Tower behind the Parade Square which is 88 metres high. We climbed up to the top of the Tower and the scenery from up there is breath-taking. Seriously. the view from the Tower was divided into 3 and it represents the 3 different forces, namely, the Army, Navy and Air Force and it's like depicted by different views when you look from the top. you will understand when you look at the photos. The next stop was the Ceremonial Hall. Nothing much there, it's quiet and the atmosphere inside is like, solemn and serious. The hands on session in the weapons area was the highlight of the day! :D I was like so excited to get my hands on the guns and granade! In short, it was super duper ultra fun!
And in a nutshell, the whole trip was a vey fruitful and fun one. (: At least now i got to know more about the Army.
